"There are some who can live without wild things and some who cannot." - Aldo Leopold

The Mixed Bag

This blog is named The Wild Life, not for the hardly-clever play on words, rather to pay tribute to those lost days of youth when buddies and I were known by the elders as the "Wild Boys." We got into everything and caught and hunted anything that wasn't fast enough to avoid us.

Here you'll find stories about hunting birds and small game to the conquests of bowfishing and diving. Or whatever else comes along. If I step on a large bug and want to write about it, this is where it will be.
